As a clinical specialist, Lucy holds a Masters Degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from a top-ranking London university. She is skilled at ‘tuning in’ to each individual to locate their psychological block. This means that you dive into the ‘core’ work quickly, opening up space for big shifts to take place.
During her decade as a psychotherapist, Lucy has continued to embrace new approaches including Positive Psychology, CBT and Trauma Informed Therapy. As such, she offers traditional Psychodynamic Psychotherapy alongside contemporary Integrative Therapy depending on your needs.
